T-DRILL · Welding
T-InWeldWelding tubes from the inside.
T-InWeld performs an automated TIG welding process from inside the tubular component. Selection starts with joint geometry, tool access and internal surface requirements.

From workpiece to process
Applications for T-InWeld
Intended for components where internal weld surface quality and flow are significant. Tees, manifolds and special joints, including tube-in-tube arrangements, are assessed from the actual drawing.
How does the process work?
Joint
Check edge preparation and access from inside.
Setup
Locate the workpiece and tool.
Welding
Automatic cycle followed by weld inspection according to project requirements.

What do we need for selection?
Send a joint cross-section, inside diameters, wall thicknesses, material, branch length and weld acceptance criteria.
Before you choose
Can T-InWeld work with T-DRILL collars?
The manufacturer provides for this combination. Selection covers collar geometry, the branch tube joint and tool access.
Does the machine guarantee compliance with industry joint requirements?
The project defines the required quality, procedure and acceptance method. Machine capability is confirmed by a trial with the relevant material and geometry.
