1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
The information we process depends on how you contact us. Forms may include your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, enquiry topic, application description, workpiece specifications, material, tube diameters and wall thicknesses, production volume, project timing, current process, ROI scenario, documentation links and attachments.
We also process technical information needed to secure and handle the form, including a limited technical identifier created as a hash and information about the page from which the enquiry was sent. The application’s enquiry register does not store your raw IP address.

You do not need to agree to marketing to send an ordinary enquiry. Each form provides a short privacy notice and a link to this policy. Any future electronic marketing will use a separate mechanism appropriate to the applicable requirements.
4. Required and optional information
Fields marked as required are needed to accept and handle your enquiry. Without them, we cannot respond to the enquiry or perform the requested assessment. Other fields are optional and may help us clarify the technical requirements more quickly.
5. Technical documents and attachments
Forms accept a limited set of file formats. During submission, attachments are stored in a private temporary server directory and removed after the email sending attempt. File metadata, such as name, size and type, may remain in the private enquiry record. A copy of the attachment may remain in the recipient’s business mailbox for the correspondence retention period.
Before using a standard form to send documents covered by an NDA, trade secrets or specific security requirements, agree a suitable file-sharing channel with us.
6. ROI calculator
Calculator entries are stored locally for the browser session so that you can transfer a scenario to the workpiece form. Using the calculator alone does not send the scenario to TARGA. We receive it only when you submit the form.
7. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with service providers supporting TARGA’s hosting, email, security, IT, accounting or legal advice, only as needed for those services. Depending on your enquiry, relevant information may be sent to T-DRILL Oy or Teuvan Keitintehdas Oy in Finland where necessary to prepare an answer, select a solution, conduct trials, provide a quotation or deliver after-sales support.
Business correspondence may be handled using Google Workspace. With your analytics consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Catalogue videos load the YouTube player only when you select the play button. The player connects to Google/YouTube and may process technical information about your device and playback. Details are available in our cookie policy.
8. Transfers outside the EEA
When Google services are used, Google group companies may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Depending on the service and transfer, Google uses mechanisms such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See Google’s information on international data transfers. You can contact TARGA for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
9. How long we keep data
- Ordinary enquiries that do not lead to a contract: generally up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is a justified need for earlier deletion or longer retention.
- Orders and contracts: data becomes part of the commercial or service documentation and is retained according to applicable legal duties and for the time needed to handle the contract and related claims.
- Legal claims: data may be retained until the relevant limitation period expires. Under the Polish Civil Code, business-related claims generally have a three-year limitation period, but this depends on the type of claim.
- Attachments on the web server: removed from temporary storage after the sending attempt; a copy may remain in email correspondence.
- Unsubmitted ROI scenarios: until the end of the current browser session.
- Cookie and analytics choices: remembered for up to 180 days. We then ask you to choose again; you can change your choice earlier.
- Google Analytics: event data retention is set to 2 months and user data retention to 14 months. The user data retention period resets with new user activity. These settings do not determine how long standard aggregated reports are available.
10. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, receive and transfer your data. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using . Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or with another competent supervisory authority under the GDPR.
11. Automated decisions
Forms route enquiries to the appropriate person at TARGA according to the selected topic. This is an organisational function. It does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects for you.
12. Security
We use file type and size limits, anti-spam measures, limits on submission attempts, private enquiry records, restricted administrative access, HTTPS and periodic removal of records under our retention policy.
13. Policy updates
We may update this policy as website functions, providers or applicable laws change. The current version is published at this address with its update date.
