T-DRILL · Collaring
SEC-115Different branch diameters in one programme.
SEC-115 combines collaring with automatic tool changes. It provides a starting point for manifold production with multiple branches, different diameters and repeatable positions along the tube.
Selection, implementation and support in Poland — TARGA.

From workpiece to process
Programme the complete manifold
The working unit travels along the tube, while tube rotation positions each branch at the required angle. Separate milling and collaring units follow the part programme. Loading and clamping automation are specified separately.
Different branches in one cycle
The five-tool magazine supports changes between diameters within the programmed job.
Automatic head adjustment
Adjustment takes place within the range of the selected tool. The head set is selected for the parts being produced.
Configuration for a manifold family
System length, clamps and tube end adapters are selected for the sections and lengths used in production.
How does the process work?
Milling
Automatically mill the elliptical pilot hole.
Collaring
Select the required tool and form the branch collar.
Trimming
Prepare the collar edge for welding and move to the next branch.

What do we need for selection?
Send the manifold drawing, material, diameters, wall thicknesses, branch quantity and spacing, and planned production volume.
Before you choose
Do five tools mean only five possible diameters?
No. Each head has a defined adjustment range. The five magazine positions are separate from the number of diameters achievable with the selected tool set.
Can manifold cycle time be quoted without a drawing?
A meaningful comparison requires geometry, branch quantity and diameters, material and workpiece handling details. A demonstration video does not guarantee the cycle time for a different manifold.
