Designed for manifolds with different branch diameters. Depending on the joint, the system can use collaring units or elliptical hole milling together with collaring and trimming heads.

What do we need for selection?
Send your manifold family: diameters, spacing, materials, wall thicknesses and batch sizes. Indicate how often the product changes.
Before you choose
Do 3 units mean 3 arbitrary diameters without a tool change?
Each unit uses tooling with a defined range. The number of diameters available without changing tools is confirmed during configuration.
Can MultiFlex produce branches for butt welding?
The manufacturer provides such configurations. Hole milling, collaring and trimming are selected for the required joint.
