T-54c SST combines a cordless drive with a clamping module for steel tubes. It forms a branch collar directly from the tube wall and then trims the edge for subsequent joining.

From workpiece to process
Select a set for working at the tube
A solution for work requiring a mobile set. The steel module, clamping, heads and hole preparation tools together form the working configuration. Their range is selected for tube access and joint requirements.
Work away from a fixed station
The cordless drive can be used in prefabrication and installation work with appropriate tube supports.
Clamping for steel processing
The centring and clamping module belongs to the SST configuration. Its fit to the tube diameter is checked before selecting the set.
An edge for subsequent joining
Selection covers hole preparation, collaring and edge trimming. Welding requirements are checked for the application.

Hole preparation
Select the drill and branch position according to the joint drawing.
Collaring
Clamp the set on the tube and form the collar with the correct head.
Trimming
Trim the collar edge and check its geometry before joining.

Equipment selected for production
Pilot hole tools and collaring heads are ordered for the required diameters. A set can include the steel module, trimming tool, battery, charger and transport case. The exact scope of supply is confirmed in the quotation.

What do we need for selection?
Provide the steel grade, diameters, wall thicknesses and tube access conditions. If the material is not yet known, we will clarify it during selection.
Before you choose
Is 3.05 mm permitted for every branch?
No. This is a maximum value. Larger branches and some diameter combinations have lower limits, which we check in the capacity table.
Will the basic clamping handle a tube of approximately Ø219 mm?
The larger tube requires suitable ring clamps. The basic clamping range and tool access are confirmed for the actual workpiece.
