T-54c CuA branch formed from the copper tube.
The cordless T-54c forms a collar directly in a copper tube. The branch tube is then inserted into the prepared outlet and brazed. The set is selected for tube diameters and wall thicknesses.

A tool where you prepare the installation
The portable set prepares a branch without a separate tee. Compared with an inserted tee, the number of cuts and brazed joints changes. The actual benefit is assessed for the installation method.
Cordless power
The 18 V tool supports work away from a fixed workstation. Battery and charging equipment are confirmed in the quotation.
A collar for brazing
In this version, the outlet dimension refers to its inside diameter. The branch tube fits inside.
Heads selected for the diameters
The tool set follows the planned joints. Maximum wall thickness is checked for each diameter combination.

Equipment selected for production
Heads, battery equipment and any extension for larger run tubes are selected for the set. A separate ND-54 tool can assist branch tube preparation. The copper version must be distinguished from T-54c SST for steel tubes.

Before you choose
Are T-54c Cu and T-54c SST the same configuration?
No. They differ in application material, equipment and joint preparation. The copper version described here forms a collar for a brazed lap joint.
Is Ø168.3 mm run tube capacity standard?
No. The basic table covers tubes up to Ø108 mm. The larger range requires a separate kit and workpiece verification.
