From workpiece to process
Applications for HFT-2000
The travelling working unit locates successive positions along the tube. The workstation is used with a suitably selected T-54 family tool for copper. The table, tool and accessories form a jointly selected set.
How does the process work?
Support
Locate the tube at the workstation.
Position
Move and lock the working unit at the required location.
Branch
Prepare the hole and form the collar using the appropriate tool.

Equipment selected for production
Length, supports, clamping and positioning are selected for the manifold. The working tool and heads must match the material and set version. An extended table requires a renewed check of load capacity and handling.

What do we need for selection?
Send the manifold length, weight and diameter, first and last branch positions, and spacing. Identify the tool you already have.
Before you choose
Does 2000 mm mean the overall physical length of the machine?
It is not the overall dimension of the complete workstation. The designation refers to the nominal working range; usable spacing and the datum are defined on the drawing.
Can the table be adapted to another manifold length?
Yes. Workstation length is selected through the module configuration. We specify usable branch spacing, supports and loading for your tubes.
