From workpiece to process
Applications for TCC-50 RL
A solution for repeat production of cut lengths in larger diameters. Programmed length changes support material use planning; separate unloading destinations divide finished parts and remnants.
How does the process work?
Input material
Select tube feeding, guiding and clamping.
Cutting
Select the length programme and cutting method for the tube end and the next operation.
Unloading and inspection
Check length, ovality and end quality; unload according to the configuration.

Configuration
Equipment selected for production
We select the rackloader, stock length, tooling and cut-part handling. Each module is assigned to the appropriate configuration.
Manufacturer resources
Brochures describe configurations from the stated edition. We confirm the offered scope for your workpiece.

What do we need for selection?
Send the material, diameter, wall thickness, lengths and tolerances, tube supply form and end drawing. Include the required output per shift.
Before you choose
Can TCC-50 RL process coiled tubing?
This page describes straight length feeding. TCC-50 RL & Coil is the configuration for both feeding methods.
Can production rate be determined from the model name alone?
No. It depends on material, length, required end quality and equipment. We confirm it for the programme, feeding and unloading arrangement.
