From workpiece to process

Applications for TCC-45 EF8

A solution for parts requiring several successive deformation stages. Tool count, stroke count and operation sequence are specified from the drawing; these are separate quantities.

How does the process work?

  1. Input material

Select tube feeding, guiding and clamping.

  2. Cutting and subsequent operation

Select the length programme and cutting method for the tube end and the next operation.

  3. Unloading and inspection

Check length, ovality and end quality; unload according to the configuration.

What do we need for selection?

Send the material, diameter, wall thickness, lengths and tolerances, tube supply form and end drawing. Include the required output per shift.

Before you choose

Do eight strokes mean eight separate stations?

No. Strokes describe the forming sequence. The number of stations and tools is specified separately for the selected profile.

Can production rate be determined from the model name alone?

No. It depends on material, length, required end quality and equipment. We confirm it for the programme, feeding and unloading arrangement.
