TCC-28 CoilAutomatic tube cutting from coil.
TCC-28 Coil combines decoiling, straightening and chipless tube cutting to programmed lengths. Line selection covers the material, coil and finished part unloading.

From workpiece to process
Applications for TCC-28 Coil
For series production of lengths from coiled tubing. Programmed lengths and a batch counter support production changes; the decoiler and straightener are selected for tube diameter, material and coil weight.
How does the process work?
Input material
Select tube feeding, guiding and clamping.
Cutting
Select the length programme and cutting method for the tube end and the next operation.
Unloading and inspection
Check length, ovality and end quality; unload according to the configuration.
Working range
Specifications and selection conditions
| Feeding | Coil: decoiler and straightener |
|---|---|
| Copper / aluminium from coil | Ø4.76–22 mm |
| Capillary tubes — equipment | Ø1.5–4.76 mm |
| Mild steel from coil | Up to Ø10 mm |
| Wall thickness | 0.3–3 mm; depending on material |
| Power | 7 kW |
Configuration
Equipment selected for production
Single or double decoiler, straightener, capillary equipment and unloading table. Straightness, ovality and end quality are checked on a material sample.

What do we need for selection?
Send the material, diameter, wall thickness, lengths and tolerances, tube supply form and end drawing. Include the required output per shift.
Before you choose
Can every tube up to Ø28.6 mm be cut from coil?
The cutting unit range does not automatically define decoiling and straightening capacity. For coil feeding, we initially use Ø4.76–22 mm Cu/Al and confirm the complete system for the material.
Can production rate be determined from the model name alone?
No. It depends on material, length, required end quality and equipment. We confirm it for the programme, feeding and unloading arrangement.
