A preventive maintenance plan should combine the manufacturer’s instructions with the machine’s actual workload and fault history.

A practical planning checklist

  • Daily and weekly operator tasks specified for the machine.
  • Cleaning, checks and lubrication according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Tooling and wear-part inspections.
  • A list of critical spare parts and their lead times.
  • A schedule for periodic service.
  • A record of alarms, repairs and parameter changes.

When should a problem be escalated?

Changes in sound, workpiece quality or cycle consistency, more frequent alarms and visible wear should be reported before they develop into a full breakdown. Supply the serial number, photographs and a description of the process.

Send the machine model, serial number, workload and the scope of the previous service. Mateusz will coordinate the next step.
